Level 1

Team Tech strip mill automation system employs the APC VME technology at its core, with Motorola based processors for real time control and latest communication systems for excellent connectivity with other mill systems.
Team Tech L1 Automation system is in use at three different sites. Among its features:

3. customizable, and easily upgradable
4. low maintenance

Level 2

Team Tech builds on Tippins experience in Mill L2 automation with additional proprietary neural network learning and tuning of results derived from mathematical models, and mill operator experience. Team Tech L2 for reversing strip mill has been tested in simulations, yet to be deployed at interested customers.

Level 3

Team Tech in partnership with its loyal customer in Indonesia has developed a production planning software for plates and coils. Production and Quality Supervisory System, PQSS for short is a complete suite of tools for data management at a steel plant. PQSS software suite includes tools essential to any mill, among which:

1. Slabs Inventory
2. Orders Management
3. Production Planning; Advanced Optimization of slab to product matching. A proprietary technology that optimizes yield and rolling time within a rolling campaing.
4. Steel Standards, International Standards library; where standards can be consulted automatically, for a desired product, to retrieve mechanical, and chemical properties.
5. Quality Control; manages lab test results of products and automatically compares to order specification in order to qualify/disqualify products.
6. Tracking; tracking of products on the factory floor
